Live Action and Buffet Stations include: THE LIGHTER SIDE offering whole hand fruit, Muesli, breads and donuts. HOT BREAKFAST ITEMSfeature Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon, an Omelet Station and Asparagus and White Cheddar Quiche. There will be SUSHI, CHEESE and SALAD STATIONS, as well as PASTA including Tomato and Basil Pomodoro and Corn and Lobster Risotto. And at the CARVED STATION, Roasted Pork Loin, Grist and Toll Polenta and Roasted Peaches, as well as Salt Crusted Baja Corvino Bass with dandelion chimichurri. Chef Nathan Lingle has created a special menu to wow lucky mothers at KITCHEN 1540 on this very special day. First course selections are White and Green Asparagus Salad with poached quail egg, Vella jack and tarragon vinaigrette; Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, Yogurt and Granola Parfait, Sticky Bun with kumquat glaze; or Farm Truck Fruit Presentation.
