The owner’s signature Bungalow, the Ty Warner Bungalow accentuates privacy and evokes a strong sense of history.  Originally built in 1904 and used as the personal residence of Robert S. Odell, the previous owner of The Biltmore. This free-standing Bungalow rests hidden amongst the dense jungle landscaping and includes a one-of-a-kind 2,000 sq. ft. private patio complete with fountain, 20 ft. heated plunge pool with whirlpool jets and bench seating, chaise lounges, lounge seating, dining table and chairs, and fire pit. The patio is lit with candles and hanging lanterns in the evening for a private dining experience or to just enjoy the peaceful cool nights of the American Riviera in Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara’s crown jewel.  

Inside the Ty Warner Bungalow, guests will immediately find the palatial living and dining space complete with custom upholstered sofa and lounge chairs, antique Italian inlaid furniture, central fireplace, custom wood paneling and detailing, a massive dining table with inlaid sideboard, and a curved 65-inch HDTV. Off the dining room, a guest will discover a butler’s galley kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, and hand-painted Andalusian tile work. Continuing through the expansive Bungalow, the master bedroom is found wrapped with windows letting in the filtered sunlight through the dense tropical palms and ferns. The master bedroom includes a hand-carved walnut four-poster bed, upholstered seating, custom wood detailing, an additional curved 65-inch HDTV, and a full en suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, deep soaking tub, separate steam shower, and vanity table. For families or small parties, the Ty Warner Bungalow can connect to two additional bedrooms with en suite baths.

The Ty Warner Bungalow is steps away from the Resort pool, whirlpools, luxurious Spa and famous Butterfly Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. Surf the waves and don’t forget your camera . . . the sunsets are spectacular.
